Design - Vibixa offer Studio and Reprographics, providing state of the art services to our customers. Working with existing customer designs or from new briefs or ideas we can meet the most exacting standards and produce to approved standards on time. With the latest reprographic systems in place through to digital proofing and computer to plate technology Vibixa are working towards accredition ISO 12647/2. This industry accreditation embraces the complete colour workflow to provide a benchmark of standards and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent results from colour proofing through to the press.
Print - Vibixa offer sheet fed printing production utilising the latest large format technology printing equipment from MAN Roland. Running our two fully flexible presses side by side we offer six colours plus protective coating or varnish finishes plus the added value of reverse side printing in a single pass through our presses. With full U.V. drying technologies and colour control measurement we ensure our printed results match and exceed our customer expectations.
Cut - Vibixa offer precise cut and creased cartons from the printed sheet utilising three large format Bobst cut and crease machines incorporating the latest die making and cutting technologies. The added value embossing option to highlight and transform the printed result can be run in a single pass through our cutting equipment.
Fold & Glue - Vibixa offer the latest high speed glueing lines from Bobst with auto packing facilities creating the capacity to meet our customer call-off and delivery requirements. Vibixa understand end user carton erecting machines require quality and consistent cut,creased and glued blanks to optimise your manufacturing performance.
Deliver - Vibixa offer UK distribution carried out using our own vehicles together with a long term reliable logistic partner ensuring our principles of delivering on time and in full are fully met.
